Step 4: We Build Your Personalized Program That Includes:

  • Daily self-myofascial release exercises
  • Daily pre & post-exercise stretch routines
  • Weekly strength training regimen
  • Weekly conditioning regimen

Step 5: Program Presentation

In this 45-minute session, an Advanced Athletics coach will:

  • Present you with your personal exercise program

  • Show you how to navigate the online site to access your program, and log your workouts.

  • Answer any questions that you may have

  • Schedule your 1st progress follow-up

Step 6: Start your first week on the program, and be that much closer to reaching your goals!

From that point on and throughout your membership, Advanced Athletics is there with you as your guide and support system.

Step 7: Progress Follow Ups

These 20-30 minute follow-up sessions are scheduled at a frequency (1-4x per month) according to the online training package that you choose.  

Follow-ups may include one or more the following:

  • Workout / Nutrition Journal Review: to continue to improve on what's working, and make adjustments to what may not be.
  • Exercise Technique Review: to fine-tune and add details that will make all the difference in your results.  (This is best accomplished via Skype video call, or in-person with us at our location in Venice Beach, CA.)
  • Continuing Education: covering a variety of related topics.
  • Periodic Re-Assessment: to monitor monthly progress.
