3 lbs chicken breast or you could use Tri Tip Roast, London broil or other lean red meat, or pork tenderloin
2 cups sugar free or low sugar ketchup (heinz)
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Splenda Brand brown sugar (1/2 the sugar)
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 tablespoon minced garlic, dried
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Add all the ingredients (except the meat) to a saucepan. Stir all the ingredients over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken in crockpot cook on low for 6 hours. After finished cooking take a potatoe masher to shred the chicken. Chicken is so moist and tender it will fall apart.
* I always like to make a double batch to last me throughout the week. Just double all the ingredients and add to the crockpot. Same cooking time.
