Hello, my name is Adam Friedman, and I’m the founder of Advanced Athletics.
I’ve been a strength coach for over 20 years, and have trained many pro athletes, and celebrities in Los Angeles to improve their fitness. Nutrition is also very important to me personally, which is why I became a Venice Nutrition Certified Coach, so that I could teach it to individuals and groups.
